Part of this challenge is to do a plank-a-day. Let me tell you, this one is kind of hard! haha, I will keep doing it every day but I get the feeling I will stick around this time!! :)

Other part of this challange, a salad a day! This was just a basic salad. Chicken, lettuce and dressing! :) It was yummy though!
Last part of the challenge is 30 days of shakeology to get me back into it! YUM!! It was the BEST night time snack while everyone else was eating cookies!!!
