Day 4
Oh day 4 was awesome!!! I've noticed that now after each workout I feel relaxed. I use to be just tired, now I'm relaxed and it feels like I've destressed myself. Before I use to always get through the first week then I would start to slack so each week the goal is to 1. Get through that week just as excited as the week before and 2. To make it to the next week. This time around though I'm alot more focused and determined to get through Turbo Fire. Can't wait to see the change after the first month, then the second and so on. :-) Tomorrow is my fav work out... Looking forward to it!
