Almost HOME

We are six days out from leaving Okinawa!!! I am one happy momma! I can NOT wait to see my mom and my dad and of course my other 2 babies, (my other 2 dogs!). I of course have all my weird other reasons why I can't wait to get home. I have all my fun boxes sitting at my mom's house right now waiting for me to open them and play! Not only do I have a few for me but I do have some for the girls and of course some for my four legged babies as well! I will be posting as soon as I get home and get the chance and I will also be starting my youtube channel once I get home! :) Keep an eye for that. I just need to get through until Tuesday when we move into TLF because being in this house still makes me all stressed out because that means we are NOT done with everything yet and that is NOT good. Hurry up 10th!!! :)

LOreal Nail Polish Review

Now with that said, I have been in Okinawa for almost 4 years! They really only have Sally Hansen nail polish which lets be honest is 100% ok with me. My ONLY complaint is that I am rough on my nails and they chip very easily! While doing my normal YouTube checkup I saw that nguerriero19 was talking about the new LOreal colors! The color that I want of course we have NOT had here so I wasn't going to buy a color but then I saw "now you sea me" and YES!! It was a total hit! Glad I made the choice to go with it. It's a grey/blue/green color! I'm in LOVE! I have had it on for about 4 days now and I have beat the crap out of my nails packing/moving/cleaning!! They are taking the beating though!!

One picture is of when I first painted them and the other is after 4 days of torture! (Or so I say!) If you are looking for a color that has a bit of a staying power I suggest trying out LOreal! I am very impressed and will be buying more colors as soon as I land in the good ol US of A!! :-)

October Foodie Penpal Reveal (theleangreenbean)

It's that time of month again!! :-) It's the reveal day for theleangreenbean.com (foodie penpal!!) my penpal this month was awesome! Everything I got was pretty much homemade! She sent me homemade salsa and I of course ate like all of it but before I did that I had to make some guacamole!! :-) She also sent honey straight from the bee farm. OMG!! It's amazing! I want to eat it on everything. Even my husband try's to eat it all. Ok I <3 apple butter. It's one of my childhood favs. She sent me some!! Homemade of course! :-)! Wow!! I don't think I've ever had such amazing apple butter. Next she sent the dry ingredients to some pancakes. Oh yeah, I was happy eating them. They went perfect with the honey and apple butter. Finally she sent along some organic blue corn chips. Those were amazing! I will have to stock up on them that's for sure. So yes! My Colorful Harvest

Today we decided to go ahead and do one of the projects from their kiwicrate.com box. It was the "My colorful harvest" and it was actually a lot of fun. My two year old was getting into it but then she decided that she didnt want to do it anymore and I had to finish the project for her! :) It's ok though because I enjoyed the time with the kids today.

 

The project today was to make the fruits and veggies! As you can see it was a pear, apple, carrot, and eggplant. It was fruit and vegetable fabric and you had to "sew" them together with the laces. Once you got most of it "sewn" together you had to stuff them with cotton balls then you finished up "sewing" and tada you have your fruit or veggie!

As you can see, the little one seemed all tuckered out and the other one was like ummm what else can we do right now! :) We will be doing the other project tomorrow I think! :)

Our First Wonder Box

As you know, me and my boxes!! I decided to get the girls the wonder box from education.com and let me tell you that I LOVE this box! Ok I know I know, I LOVE all my boxes but I can't help it! There are just too many good/great boxes out there and of course I'm getting my hands on them. I'm not going to start anything in this box yet because we are two weeks out from getting on that plane and going to the states. I will be putting this in our suitcase though and doing this over the holidays. As you can see the theme for this box is "Nature" and there are four different things you can do and a list of things you can do depending on the time that you have. As we actually do the things in this box I will make sure to post!

October Foodie Penpal #1

SOOO, as you can see I joined another foodie penpal program. OMG, and did I LOVE this box! With this program you actually send to the person that sends to you. My penpal sent me all this fun food from Mexico and some coffee too. AHHH, I LOVE coffee! He was great with e-mailing and chatting before sending my box. Since I had NO idea what each thing was he sent me a letter telling what each thing was and what it goes with. Let's just say my kids were fighting me for this one. Even my husband was happy to see this one! ;) foodiepenpal.com go check it out!

Vox Box

Well, I got my voxbox!! How very exciting!!! :-) sadly though I won't actually be able to touch and play with all my new stuff!! :-( Anyways, let me fill you in!

I went on influenster.com and made an account with them. Of course I started working on my badges right away! :-)!!! I was picked for the beauty blog box! How exciting right?!?! (Ok I find it to be VERY exciting)! Now I get to try out these great products and review them!

I had them send it to my mothers address because we are in the process of moving from Okinawa, Japan back to the states! So I do not get to do my video :-(.

I am excited for the bath&body candle because 1. I love me some candles and 2. Pumpkin is my favorite of all time and of course it's pumpkin :-)! The spin pin I have been dieing to try out so as soon as we get back that will be my first toy! The NYC palate is perfect especially with the holidays right around the corner! Even more so with the holidays coming the lashes are perfect! Always like to go a tad but more glam around this time of year! Plus my bday is around the corner as well. And of course the boost drink and not your mothers hair cream are also on my todo list as soon as we are back! I will make sure to do a follow up post since I don't have the products in hand at the moment!!! :-)
